Detailed Problem Description
Email from Matt Bolles 11-15-2016:
1. Date Format Issue. The date needs to show in the report as UK format (DD/MM/YYYY) I tried changing the format of the field to match UK format and it does work when I view the report in BI, but when Pierre views the same instance he sees the date in the wrong format. Also, I tried copying the date format parameter and the RDD formula field from report ICD100 to attempt to fix the error, but the issue I'm finding there is that some of the dates shown are not the actual RDD date on the sales order. The below screenshot shows what Pierre sees when he views it in BI DEV. But when I view the same instance it shows correctly.
2. The 2nd issue is when I enter in a parameter for currency, sales org, and customer, but leave the date parameter to ALL. This results in returning the customer, as seen below, but I'm not able to drill down into the date shown to see the corresponding PO information like you can see in the screenshot above.
3. The last issue is when I enter in parameters for currency, sales org, and date, but leave the customer parameter set to "ALL". This results in a list of customers but I'm not able to drill down into them to view their information either.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to change the filter condition in the report.
2. Need to suppress the data if the requested date and delivery date is equal at sales order level.
